Our surgeons provide specialist care by drawing from the 50 plus years of combined NHS experience and the many areas of individual specialist expertise available within the partnership.
COSMETIC SERVICES
Cosmetic surgery is not provided by the NHS and few insurance companies will cover cosmetic consultations and treatments. At the North Hampshire ENT partnership we can offer surgical treatment for skin blemishes as well as cosmetic rhinoplasy (reshaping of the nose) and pinnaplasty (reshaping of the ears).

BAT OR PROMINENT EARS
Approximately 1-2% of the population in the United Kingdom haveProminent or ‘Bat’. Often the shape and the size of the ears are inherited. Prominent ears often lack a normal fold of cartilage underneath the skin. Children with prominent ears are sometimes teased and this can lead to bullying and a loss of self-confidence.

RHINOPLASTY
Rhinoplasty surgery (nose re-shaping) is performed for both cosmetic reasons and for functional reasons, for example a blockage of the nasal airways.
LASER TREATMENTS
Tiny blood vessels can become noticeable on the face, neck, upper chest and legs and are often difficult to hide with make up. They respond well to laser treatment.

The most common head and neck cancer is basal cell cancer of the skin. Fortunately, this is rarely a major problem if treated early.
